I am often nervous when visiting friends or family and do not know what to say. When I go home become calm because I realize I am fooling myself. But next time when I go out again the tension is there again. Although I am quite happy otherwise this keeps getting me down. What can I do?

There are different personalities, people who are straight forward and people who are more receptive, yet there is no need to worry about this. Even if there is someone who is more turned within, when the necessity appears, he will be able to act and be outwardly expressive. Most people who are spiritually oriented are inwardly people, so I have noticed. Because they keep reflecting within, and seem to be those who have an easier time to awaken to our true nature. Please take your personality the way it is and use it in the best possible way for yourself.
