Is it okay to eat meat? Are you a vegetarian?

Eating meat is seen as important in society for gaining physical strength, in that sense it would be fine to eat it, yet not too much of it. There is he well known problem with cholesterol which is the reason for many physical problems developing from there. Even not talking about the first precept of people of training, to not take life, we do not eat meat in order for the blood to not turn acid, because then it is difficult to practice zazen.
