How can we deal with solitude loneliness?

If your goal in life is clear, then loneliness does not come up. Our life is not for ever. We have our limited life, which does not happen twice, no one simply wants to waste it, right? Yet even if we have this wish, sometimes the goal is not clear to people. For example, when you are hungry (Minus) and then you eat bread (Plus) then it turns out to be plus-minus= Zero. But to have a "zero" type of life is pretty lonely, so we give half of our bread to others, so we do not receive a complete bread (Plus) yet we give joy to another person. That is the goal and joy of being human, to create more and more joy around us, that is how the law works.
