How do I transfer my immovable mind learned in training martial arts and meditation into my all day life and my actions against other humans?

If you have really experienced the immovable state of mind, then you are already using it. Because an immovable state of mind is not about a form. If you do not feel insecurity and unsettledness in your daily life, that is the immovable mind, isn´t it? What more than that would you need to search for? In Zen the immovable mind is about your ego getting smaller. As long as there is the position of a self, then we need to protect it, and because of that we feel unsettled. If we are not attached to a self, what unsettledness would there be? Martial arts are a path to throw yourself away.
