How do I transfer my immovable mind learned in training martial arts and meditation into my all day life and my actions against other humans?
December 5, 2012, 12:47 amIf you have really experienced the immovable state of mind, then you are already using it. Because an immovable state of mind is not about a form. If you do not feel insecurity and unsettledness in your daily life, that is the immovable mind, isn´t it? What more than that would you need to search for? In Zen the immovable mind is about your ego getting smaller. As long as there is the position of a self, then we need to protect it, and because of that we feel unsettled. If we are not attached to a self, what unsettledness would there be? Martial arts are a path to throw yourself away.
