I feel like I need to enter a monastery and to do training before I can actually live this centered experience in daily life. Is that so?
November 1, 2012, 9:40 pmIt is good to have the experience in a Dojo (place of training). You can receive guidance from the teacher and other experienced students. Then you are not alone, worrying about your situation. But people have their situations, responsibilities in their jobs and within their families, and can not easily join a monastery for training. While being in the midst of your daily life, you can train yourself by not taking your eyes off your tanden. Making your center as most important.
