< Back to Question and Answer
RIght now in the USA the health care workers are being overwhelmed by the endless increase in COVID patients. They have worked tirelessly for months without support from many of the public and many in government. As the fatigue deepens for these dedicated people how can we help them with this inner pain so many are now expressing?

We have now almost been getting through this for a
whole year, but it will continue all together for three years, so we have two
more years ahead of us and the question is, how can we manage to get through
them.
Not anyone can do this. First of all what we all need
to care about is to not get sick. It is the responsibility of each person. More
that politics and the economic situation putting pressure on people, it is more
important to stress the responsibility of each person.
Importance should also be place of education more care
givers and nurses, teaching the young and passing on the experiences of the older.
Looking at the intense work they are doing, a time of rest needs to used well
to replenish the energy.
What we can do ourselves is to meet those scared and
worried people, to give them peace of mind, which makes them again stronger to
not get sick. This peace of mind is what you can bring to anyone. Please see
how important it is and it also deepens our trust in one another.
