Please tell me how to deal with laziness irritability and critical attitude to the outside world?


Concentrate on your breathing. Extraneous thoughts appear when our breathing is too shallow. From morning until night, practice on the deepening of your breathing. If your cutting edge is strong, no matter what thought appear, you can cut them.
