Recently i have gotten tinnitus a constant buzzing tone in my right ear day and night. I have it now for three weeks and there is a chance that i will have to learn to live with it for the rest of my life so it might never become silent again in my head. Can you give advice on how to deal with this? How can i continue practice despite this challenge and constant sound?

I am sorry to hear about this. Tinnitus is a constant noise as if a cicada were living in your ear. It is a similar experience for people with high blood pressure or older people. Yet once you get used to it, it will not distract you much. Only while you are still aware of it does it bother you. It would be good if you could just accept it as being something normal, and not foster feeling against this noise.
