The stone lantern doesn`t need to explain oneself. Neither does a tree, the sun or the rain...

Right now I understand I am That. Just seeing hearing tasting smelling and touching. Conceptual thoughts are very limited. Not that it is an issue either this experience happens as it is or I get caught up in ego and day to day activities. How do you integrate that which is formless? I hear that realization can happen in deeper ways and take time. I know meditation is a gateway, vehicle but I am really waiting for a grace. Seems some people never reach full realization even with decades of practice.

Are you waiting for some kind of great experience to happen? only seeing, only hearing, doing what you need to do - isn´t that already wonderful, what else are you looking for? Living on the same planet, there are people who can´t see or hear. You have everything and then you are waiting for grace to appear, that is a mistake. Why are you not amazed that you are seeing? Amazed that you are hearing? Seeing - and to not leave anything behind. Hearing - and not leaving anything behind. That is the teaching of the Buddha. From morning until night to not leave anything behind after you have perceived it. If after many years of training there were someone who was not breaking through, that is because they have become conceptual and do pull perceptions along. I pray that this great mistake may not happen to you.
