Dear Roshisama I've observed in Zenpeople and other Buddhists that some of them tend to become dull and dry they lose their liveliness. What to do about this? How to avoid this?
June 10, 2012, 6:41 pmThis is the outcome of a mistaken way of practice. If you truly are letting go of your self centered view, then only joy and thankfulness can appear. When you have purified your senses and mind, then only pure joy comes forth.
