What is not empty of own being?

The question is not what is not empty of own being, but whether you can see with the eye of Buddha nature all existence as Buddha nature. For being able to do this, you first of all need to open your Buddha nature eye. Practising zazen, quieting the mind, not seeing with the eye which looks in a dualistic manner outside, but with that eye which you received at birth that can perceive directly, as is, accepting it thus. If you can see with this straight eye, then any existence can not be perceived as being separate from yourself.
