I have depression and social anxiety disorder.I practice for long but it seems zazen has no effect of that.The symptoms has great negative impact for all part of my life including body and soul. It is a great hindrance. What is your advice?

Not only people with depression but also with other psychological challenges believe that if they practice zazen, that they will get better. That mind which believes that things will get better is the obstruction. Zazen is about letting go of ALL ideas, it can be compared to the neutral gear in a car. Zazen is not about anything needing to change or get better, but for your mind to be more open and wide is proof of liberation.
