I would be interested in your opinion on so called mindfulness and the way it seems to be marketed alongside popular Buddhism.
July 23, 2015, 6:53 pmI do not know much about mindfulness, yet anything that uses the analysing mind, however well you might use it, it will be dualistic. It is not the eternal amazement. It does not reach the base of our true mind. Facing the question of life and death and experiencing the joy from that experience when having gone beyond - this does not become extinct in any era. When sitting zazen, it has to be done in a way that all cells get touched, otherwise joy in zazen is not possible.
