In you video you have recommended slow and long breathing focusing on out breathe but it is difficult Can we not leave the breathe alone and breathe without manipulation?

There is no need to extend the breathing at once. One breath at a time, to slowly work on letting it become longer. If you only watch the breath, deep concentration cannot develop. Do not force it, just by staying with the feeling of extending, it will extend. From there your zazen deepens.
