The Buddha said: Whatever we put our mind to, we can achieve. That is zazen. When you sit zazen, first of all concentrate on your breathing, becoming one with the counting of your breathing. Forget your body, forget your feelings, and your concentration gradually ripens. And then unnoticed these agitated thoughts in your mind will have gone. I pray for your great efforts.
