What's the easiest method to let one see or realize that attachments like alcohol etc.. hinders you? I've been smoking weed for 15 years now and since 5 years I've been learning how to trade finance I realize my performance is inconsistent when I party or smoke weed even tho I at times enjoy it.

People are not perfect. There are things that while knowing they are not good for us, we cannot stop them. Yet how come do we know that they are bad for us? Because within ourselves there is an eye that can judge us. There is no one who can say anything from the outside, because there are aspects that only we know for ourselves. Yet if we have some vision, like: this is better for our children....this is better for the world....for the future - then actually it does become more easy to change our habits. Please live in a way that is filled with deep belief in yourself.
