I'm new in Zazen and I'm trying to observe my natural flow of the breath. It happened that I interrupt it again and again or when I let it flow naturally I can't really notice any breath flow with my mind. As soon as I notice the breath then it finishes its natural flow.

From the very beginning, it is good not to force anything in zazen. Because not thinking about anything is the best way to enter zazen. When sitting, only to sit. When standing only to stand. When walking only to walk. When seeing to see, when hearing to hear. When cleaning, to only become the cleaning, when eating to only eat. That is zazen. Not adding on any other ideas.
