I can have an experience out of the blue that was clearly fed by thought and quickly becomes just thought again but in one very small moment there was no thinking. There is a memory of samadhi that quickly crumbles into thought. Thinking is fun and useful but goes nowhere. Greatful for any comments

In modern society we have little chance to come in contact with nature. We live in a world made by humans. Monotone work brings forth even more thoughts. We do not experience this huge natural scenery of mountains, wide oceans, deep forests, not noticing how stuck we have become in our thoughts. Extreme thoughts confuse our mind and we lose track of whether it is just thoughts or reality. Try to stay as much as possible with nature and do not create unnecessary thoughts.
