When I practice zazen it is very clear where the focus of my attention should be. I do my sussokan and forget everything else. But in daily life there are myriads of things thoughts and feelings trying to draw my attention. I don't know what to focus on so my attention wanders. Any suggestions?

Zazen is practised in a balanced, still position. We work on gathering the energy of the universe in our tanden. During work we practice moving zazen. We stay centered in our tanden, working creatively on that. Like a spinning top, we don´t stop yet keep moving from our tanden, becoming our work completely.
