Japan Relief Aid

Today being the first day of sesshin, the Roshi took the sangha for Takuhatsu to gather money for relief work in the earthquake struck area of Kumamoto Kyushu Japan. The earthquake hit yesterday at Richter scale 7 while reverberations are still being felt. The temple Kenshoji of Doryu Osho in Kumamato is safe, yet damage on the earthen walls and Inryo building. Tomorrow some of his oldest students will travel to Kyushu, trying to enter the city of Kumamoto to help clean up and taking also food with them.
