We are now sitting WEDNESDAYS AND SATURDAYS 4:50am to 8:00am.

To remain flexible for those who wish to sit later and also for those who have other commitments, people are allowed to arrive and leave on the ½ hour.

Instruction may be given at the top of each sit period as new students participate. Email jikun@mac.com prior to arriving if you are new.
