Yoga-Zen retreat

Silent Yoga retreats with practice of meditation in Gadom - an old Palace near Szczecin . It is the place where few times also European O-sesshin led by Shodo Harada Roshi took place. From 2001 until now, every year unusual Yoga retreats are taking place. These retreats are compilation of my experience in Yoga and in Zen. Retreats are only for people with at least 2 years of experience in Iyengar Yoga. Daily schedule is based on regular O-sesshin practice, and contain meditation,yoga, samu, tenzo helping.

Usual day schedule:
5.00 - Wake up - walk, invitation of the Sun
5.40 -6.50 - 3 rounds of morning meditation
7.00 Breakfast
7.30 - 8.30 - Samu - garden, house, kitchen
8.30 - 9.00 - Break time
9.00 - 11.00 - Yoga - asanas
11.00 - 11.15 - Tea
11.20 - 12.00 - 2 rounds of meditation
12.00 - 14.00 -Dinner/break
14.00 - 14.45 - Texts reading with commentary
14.45 - 15.00 - Tea
15.00 - 17.00 - Yoga - asanas, pranayama
17.30 - Supper, break
19.00 - 20.15 - 3 rounds of Meditation
21.00 - Watch fire, sleep time

Through all this years there have been from 10 to 30 participants, many people became regulars. This retreats, as people say deepen their feeling of the body and breathing in Yoga practice, at other hand meditation helps in seeing deep places in Mind, giving a chance to release accumulated luggage of memories, followed by rising of harmony and accordance with surrounding, after coming back home.
