For this weekend sesshin in Hokuozan, people came from far: Netherlands, Latvia, GB and Mexico….and Germany. The sesshin was held in silence, with nice samu projects, like moving the dirt pile behind the potatoe house :) Early morning Yoga classes lead by Myokan, and afternoon relaxing Chi Kung Class lead by Enen.
