This January sesshin with 72 sangha members again took place during the coldest week of the winter, snow started to fall with the arrival of the Roshi, followed by beautiful hoarfrost, which made the whole place look magical. On the last day after sesshin everything melted again, just as the Roshi said, after having spend one week in one coloured scenery, now the colours and dualism of the world were returning.
